One Commandline option - the /ihatewhitelists option in HijackThis. Here's one way to run this:

Create a shortcut to HijackThis, rightclick the shortcut and pick Properties. Enter /ihatewhitelists to the line in Destination - click Use/OK. This is how it looks in my danish XP (with a bit of my desktop wallpaper - love that picture):
